Qualifications of a Call Center Agent:

At least 6-months of BPO experience is a plus but not required
Good communication skills
Computer and Web Literate
Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
What will you do?

Assist associates in replying to client system issues and questions
Contribute to staff and departmental targets and objectives
