Position: Japanese Accounting Supervisor (Taxation)
Industry: Accounting Firm
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift (9AM- 6PM)
Salary: Php70,000 - Php100,000 (Negotiable)
Work set-up: Temporary work from home
Benefits:
Work Form Home set up until further notice. No further advise re: RTO though the office is already open to those who wants to work onsite
Additional internet allowance (credited to payroll) while we are in a work from home set up
Arrangement and delivery of assets/equipment
Eligibility upon hire for the HMO 150K maximum benefit limit
HMO Provider - With 2 free dependents
Life Insurance
13th month pay bonus
Christmas Bonus
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak Japanese
JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level
Must have 3-5 years experience in Accounting and finance.
Taxation background is advantage but not required.
Must have people management experience
Responsibilities:
Conduct performance reviews for staff.
Assist tax compliance team
Build strong relationships within the team and clients.
Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
