COMPANY PROFILE: The company offers technical services and integrated solutions to various industries such as E-Commerce, I.T, Finance and Real-Estate.

Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday - Friday 9:30 to 6:30 PM)
Industry: Financial Services
Salary: Php 70,000 to Php 150,000
Benefits: Meal Allowance, HMO, Regularization Bonus, Govt Mandated Benefits, Sick and Vacation Leaves

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Can speak Mandarin and English
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal • Assistant or equivalent.
• Excellent Communication skills
• High level of professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
• Strong keen on details and problem solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills
• Able to render longer hours
• Female applicants, 24-33 years old and must be at least 5'5" in height

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO
• Manage the CEO’s schedule
• Arrange travel and logistics such as; Booking of flight, Hotel accommodation and car rental
• Answering phone calls and emails, book-keeping, documentation, transcription and all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Contact person for completing expense reports after the trip.
• In contact with different departments or offices regarding the information and logistical preparations needed by the CEO
