• Receives chat or email from customers to address general inquiries, process information, handle complaints and provide resolutions
• Handles a variety of accounts including a self-driving vacuum product
• Provide phone support as needed

Qualifications
• Good to Excellent Communication Skills
• TECH SAVVY and able to learn new program like Zendesk
• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• At least 2 Years in College
• Amenable for a flexible work arrangment
