1. Licensed teachers with a degree in education, special education, psychology or related courses.
2. At least three (5) years of teaching experience in special education
What our CASE ASSISTING MANAGERS will do:
● Twenty (20) teaching hours a week and twenty (20) hours will be designated to fulfilling his/her
responsibilities as a Case Assisting Manager.
● Facilitate learning through lectures, hands-on training, workshops and classroom observation
● Accomplish a functional behavior assessment of assigned student cases
● Regularly communicate with parents/caregivers through our centralized communication hub and
verbally explain activities for home implementation
● Writing lessons plans or designing program activity sheets for own caseload, drafting
individualized education plans (IEP) subject to approval of case manager/program director
● Designing and making / preparing own instructional materials, organizing his/her
session/classroom and substituting for unexpected cases,
● Observing sessions of assigned cases; Hands-on train teachers of assigned cases; Under
supervision of Department Head, will provide consultation to teachers for program goals,
objectives, strategies, and program activities;
● Assisting in conducting initial evaluations (IE) or assessments of incoming/new students in
consultation with the Case Manager or Department Head.
