Position: Administrative Staff
Location: Go Intermediary Office, BGC
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 15,000.00-20,000.00 per month
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Provide general support to visitors
REQUIREMENTS:
Computer literate (web based platform), working knowledge with google drive and Canva is advantage
Internet and social media savvy.
Good English oral and written communication skills.
Graduate of any AB or BS Course or with 2 years college education.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Desire to learn and develop.
