Position: Vietnamese Seller Approval Specialist
Salary: Php90,000
Location: Pasay City
Work Set Up: Work from home

Requirements:
• Can speak, read and write Vietnamese language
• Currently residing in the Philippines
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in shared services, BPO and customer service is preferred
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in answering phone calls, email and chat from the sellers, retailers and internal customers
• Clear and effective communication to all the customers, sellers and retailers
• Responsible in demonstrating the process and procedures , policies to the sellers
• Ensures the compliance of all the sellers and retailers based on the performance matrix
• Identifies Seller and Associate success barriers, provides solutions, and drives change through business improvement initiatives.
• Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids other team members with difficult cases as needed.
