Company Profile: A company based in Switzerland specializing in data science and a leading business intelligence.
Position: Mandarin-Indonesian Jr. Research Analyst
Location: Taguig City
Industry: Financial Research Company
Salary: P 90,000
Work Set up: Hybrid
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Benefits:
• Vacation Leaves - 12 days minimum, 16 days maximum (additional 1 day on 2nd year, up to 4 days on 5th year)
• Sick Leaves - 10 days
• Bereavement Leave
• Volunteering Day
• Other type of government-mandated leaves (paternity, maternity, etc)
• Flexible work hours
• Hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days WFH in a week
• Health care coverage (inclusive of dental, group life and personal accident insurance)-enrollment is on the 3rd month of probation
-Employee: Php 300,000 maximum benefit limit
-1 Dependent: Php 150,000 maximum benefit limit
• Pension savings (voluntary) - eligibility is upon regularization
• Training and career development
• Annual Salary Increase (based on performance)
• 13th month pay (includes basic salary and allowances)
• Birthday Voucher (Php 1000)
• Health and fitness subsidy (Php 15,000 annually, via reimbursement, subject to set guidelines) - eligibility is upon regularization
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Conversational to good level of proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesian language
• College Graduate of Journalism, Media and Sciences course
• A strong interest in environmental, social, and/or corporate governance issues.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying and assessing risk incidents related to environmental, social and corporate governance issues
• Summarizing and evaluating the incident according to our proprietary methodology
