Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Details
Responsible for performing accounting work required to maintain the Group’s book of accounts/ledger. Working under the direction of the Accounting Manager, he/she will assist in the recording of transactions, and maintaining ledgers, as well as assist in the documentation of business processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures accurate recording of all fixed assets transactions, including purchases, transfer, disposal, depreciation and amortization of these assets in accordance with company policy
Reviews fixed assets purchase orders and coordinate with concerned departments including Property Administrators and Engineering to ensure that purchases are budgeted, properly classified, and to capture relevant asset information such as estimated economic value
Ensures implementation of the company’s fixed asset policy, which includes proper asset tagging, conduct of physical counts and tracking/monitoring asset location
Reviews and maintains accurate fixed assets balances in the general ledger and sub-ledgers
Prepares audit schedules for fixed assets and provides assistance to internal/external auditors in their audit work on fixed assets
Assist the Accounting team in the monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting close processes by performing reconciliations, journal preparations and other analysis and reports as required by management
Prepare accounting reports and analysis as requested by management
Assist in the documentation of company policies, procedures and workflows
Perform other ad hoc duties as required by management
