Duty Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Main Responsibilities:
This role involves in active participation in negotiations, securing and review of Indent orders (e.g. Supply of Coal) and conclusion of contract/ purchase orders and their acceptance.
Review and drive approval per process/ policy for non-standard terms prior to concluding a deal. It concludes a deal. It concludes participation in local country tender process.
He / She should have strong business knowledge to be able to effectively address customer requirements.
Key Performance Metrics
Timely execution of offers, negotiation and securing Indent orders.
Timely review and submission of Indent contracts.
Execution of Indent Sales Operations model
Business process compliance (sales and operations)
Generate Business growth for the principals
Determines and develops approaches to assigned customers and potential markets with regular reporting updates provided to the principals and to SBS.
Leads projects/ processes requiring coordination with other functions
Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
Requirements
1) Bachelor Degree or equivalent plus typically 3-5 years of relevant experience as Sales Account Officer or Manager in coal business
2) Have strong business skills and knowledge of the indent sales process
3) Proven ability to assess complex business problems and convert into solutions
4) Proven track record of meeting goals
5) Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to deliverables
6) Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of management"
