Requirements:
Korean national proficient in English
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any related courses
With 1 year experience as a AI Designer, UXI designer
With 1- 3 years experience as a Customer Service
Experience with Cloud platforms such as Google cloud platform or AWS is a plus
Familiarity in Dialog flow CX is a plus
Willing to work in Armenia or Angola
Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
Responsible to design and customize the chatbot service of the company
Test the virtual agent daily and aim to provide better resolution to customers inquiries
Responsible to research and implement proper responses and automate to provide first contact to the customers
Help to identify the possible causes and provide immediate solution during the incident
Contribute to significant ideas to make the application be better an easy to use
