− Creates content marketing strategies
− Undertakes content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
− Collaborates with design and writing teams to produce high quality content
− Develops editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
− Delivers engaging content on a regular basis
− Edits, proofreads and improves content
− Writes marketing literature (Blogs, Press releases etc.) to augment the company’s
presence in the market
− Optimizes content considering SEO and Google Analytics
− Analyzes web traffic metrics
− Shares content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
− Generates ideas to increase customer engagement
− Establishes and coordinate internal Marketing merchandise for employees
− Conducts market research for new database accounts & contacts
− Records all customer accounts & contacts in CRM accurately
− Tags company structure and relationships using CRM (install base accounts)
− Develops basic knowledge in LS Retail NAV and in all solutions carried by the company
− Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
− Completes projects and campaigns by coordinating with team members
− Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional
publications; participating in professional societies.
