Position: Mandarin Operations Manager (Davao City)
Location: Davao City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 140,000
Duties:
Deal with decision-making within their area of responsibility and implement projects that will meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
Always seek ways to develop the performances of the supervisors and direct reports through upskilling initiatives
Reflect a good understanding of customer needs and client’s businesses to ensure the business solutions are matched

Requirements
Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
Bachelor's graduate of any courses.
Have 4 years of related work experience as a Managerial
Have experience in the multinational BPO / Call Center industry.
Has Six Sigma Certification is an advantage
