Managing the IT Helpdesk team by reassigning workloads and rescheduling non-urgent tasks.
Communicating with upper management if major issues are found in the IT system.
Overseeing the incident management process and team members involved in resolving the incident.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in Helpdesk Support.
Proven experience in the Information Technology sector as a project administrator
A strong technical foundation, with knowledge of or experience with software development and web technologies.
Extensive experience communicating with clients and internally.
Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, including an eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction
Have the ability to āfigure things outā even new things
Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive/creative, and always improving things
Must be friendly, creative and eager to learn
