SCOPE OF FUNCTIONS:
•Assist equipment maintenance management in planning, scheduling, implementing, controlling and monitoring of maintenance activities in order to improve equipment performance efficiency, cut maintenance cost and improving productivity.
•Monitoring maintenance and repair performance metrics for compliance with goals; devise & communicate plans to address shortfalls to the Asst. Maintenance Head & Maintenance Head.
•Organizing daily work schedule for all mechanics.
•Assess mechanic equipment troubleshooting.
•Perform General repair for Light & Heavy Equipment
•Assist Maintenance officer in identifying servicemen for the specific repair.
•Prepares daily maintenance accomplish reports.
•Perform Root Cause (RCA) analysis to improve and prevent reoccurrences of maintenance and work order process misses.
•Keeps an organized, up-to-date record of system files and other related equipment maintenance data.
•Acts other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by his superior from time to time .
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
•At least 3-5 years of work experience in equipment maintenance mining operation. Familiar of the Maintenance Strategies: Predictive; Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
•Must have experience in Equipment Troubleshoot.
•Able to identify problem based on actual repair and troubleshooting, and make action to solve problems.
•At least with NCII Certificate or equivalent.
