The Graphic Artist (GA)is responsible for overall design and illustrative/graphic/visual for use or
marketing materials and collaterals of the company. Serves as the principal point person for
graphic requirements for internal and external needs. The GA is expected to work
collaboratively with the department heads and/or external clients focal.
Handling the graphic design and development of the marketing
materials/collaterals;
• Handling the photo editing, artwork, layout, and conceptualization of design for all
marketing campaigns;
• Creating and revising original and existing artworks as required by the
internal/external clients;
• Handling the collaboration and conceptualization by coordinating with the focal for
the design creation of artworks and marketing materials;
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and
style and submitting them for approval.
• Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers,
and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company
logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
