As a Technical Support, you are responsible for answering and resolving product,technical support questions received from customers. Assist customers with remote installation of new or replacement products.

Qualifications:
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and above
• Candidates must be at least HS Grad (old curriculum) or SHS Grad (new curriculum)
• Candidates must have at least 1-3 months of BPO experience
• Above average communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite
• Can start immediately
