Overview:
 
We are looking for a candidate fit to be an Asset Custodian who will ensure all company assets are stored and are maintained properly.  He/she exerts direct responsibility over asset movement, use, maintenance, repair, and inventory.  Attention to detail, excellent organization and record-keeping skills, are needed.
 
Company assets include: building or facilities, vehicles, supplies, tools, machineries & equipment, furniture and fixtures
 
Requirements:

• Holder of an applicable Bachelor of Science degree, or a technical degree, or certification.
• At least 1 year exposure to asset management, or similar, is an advantage.
• With above-average written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in using MS  Word, MS Excel and email application.
• Keen eye for details, accurate, analytical, diligent, timely, and with a positive attitude.
• Must be results-oriented and can work within deadlines.
