Overview:
Technical Sales Executive is directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the company’s customer base, while remaining anchored in using the best technical-based solutions in providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Find prospects and leads
- Able to create new and sustainable accounts
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Build & maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Gain thorough knowledge of the products being handled
- Expertly explain products, and provide correct technical advice on proper product application to clients
- Create detailed sales business plans for areas handled
- Manage & achieve sales goals and quotas
- Provide professional after-sales support
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs, other technical & sales reports needed
- Engage with entire sales and other teams for coordinated results
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business/ marketing/technical/ engineering-related course
- Past experience with heavy construction and mining equipment, or skill in technical selling is an advantage
- With a valid code 2 Driver’s License, and who has driven a 4-wheel vehicle for at least 2 years
- Vast experienced in using MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel to assigned locations in the Philippines
- Good negotiation skills, to sell,up-sell and cross-sell
- Articulate, and with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and having problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Compliant to company policies and guidelines
