• Provides general support to the different departments on its day-to-day operations.
• Monitors the attendance, schedule, and whereabouts of the employees.
• Arranges schedule, travel accommodation, allowances and other administrative requirements.
• Carry out other administrative tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Business, Computer or information Technology, or its equivalent.
• With at least 1-3 years of work experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and other similar tools.
• With good oral and communications skills.
• Must be pro-active, dynamic and results-oriented.
• Must be willing to travel to visit project sites around the country.
