Technology or equivalent
β 2-5 years of dedicated experience as an application developer or
computer programmer and two years of experience as a technology
support analyst at a
medium to large-sized firm required. Project management experience is
desirable
β Knowledgeable in Linux and other Open Source Software
β Knowledgeable in any programming language but should have logical
skills β Experience working with Databases such as MySQL, and MSSQL
β Experience with the Visual Studio IDE is a plus
β Server-side programming language skills in PHP, Python, Ruby, C#, and
NodeJS(JavaScript), etc.
β Demonstrated ability with the following technologies: Linux, Windows,
Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, GSuites,
β Experience creating web user interfaces using ASP, HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, and JQuery
β Experience with database development including relational database
design, SQL, and CRM technologies.
β Experience with user interface design and prototyping
β Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
β The ability to learn new technologies quickly
β An analytical mind
β The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
β Commercial and business awareness
β Good communication skills β both written and verbal
β Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
β Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
β Testing and deploying programs and systems
β Fixing and improving existing software

β Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete
variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or
schedule form.
β Experience as a technology support analyst that required
confidentiality, timely customer service, organization, prioritization,
troubleshooting, and
working independently to successfully install, configure, maintain, and
support Microsoft based operating systems and layered software
