● Increase sales & brand recognition across all relevant channels,
targeting the different facets of the business: Retail, Institutional / B2B, and Bistro, and other
developing units such as Catering through relevant and appropriate Marketing Campaigns &
Activities

● Initiatives to better Marketing, Sales, & other Departments, or the Company as a whole, such as
but not limited to proposing projects in response to feedback or observed needs,
process-related improvements, design, and execution improvements, etc.

● This also includes any marketing-related support to Management as needed

● Creative direction for Marketing Applications: develop and oversee projects, vision & formation
of concepts, pilot design philosophy, fulfillment of goals and objectives, team management, and
creative vision

● Optimising the Marketing Team & its processes

● Responsible for growing and managing Digital Sales Channels' contributions to the overall
business revenue.

● Serves as the POC in all digital sales formats including but not limited to third-party delivery
applications i.e Grab, Food Panda, Metromart, Pick.A.Roo, etc., and e eCommerce platforms i.e.
Shopee. Lazada. etc.
