Requirements:

Bachelor or Business degree course in Customs graduate/ International studies is an advantage
At least 3-5 year experience in Sales or Customer service/Operations
Know – how to prepare quotations and familiarity with the shipping and logistics terminologies
Understand the factors affecting the flow of logistics and shipping transactions across sales, customer service, operations and documentations
Knowledgeable of global shipping and logistics trade trends


Responsibilities:

Assist the Overseas Business Manager to write email and introductions and promotions
Follow up agents and customers for business cooperation
coordinate with internal department such marketing, sales, OBDs and customer service regarding marketing plan /upselling, suggestion, solutions etc
Prepare development report for each trade lane and suggest for improvement
Assist to improve company global and international presence by promoting the company .
Assist to increase the number of working network and agents across the globe
Assist to identify progressive and promising logistics agent
Assist to increase customer base
Assist to increase business in numbers and company profitability
