Qualifications:
- Competent collaboration skills
- Above average writing and oral communication skills (American or neutral accent); - Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and CRM
- Able to multi task and manage stress effectively
Responsibilities:
- Verify doctor's information through calling and researching;
- Research on healthplans and accurately enter verification points on a given template
- Categorize verification points accordingly
- Accurately input information based on verification done
- Must be willing to report ONSITE
