We are looking for an experienced Online Retail Account Specialist to work on a special project for one of our clients in the retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the client's online retail account, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and that customer inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
18 years of age and above
Must have at least 6 months (continuous) Voice(inbound/outbound) BPO experience.
Sales experience is a plus
Call Center experience can be viewed as long as app passed the client validation with good communications skills
Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)
Diploma is not required
Willing to work on-site in Ayala, Makati
Above average communications skills
