We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Business Services Account team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the B2B services industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly and effectively.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
