We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Telco Account team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our telecommunications clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly and effectively.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
