We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Travel Account team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the travel industry, primarily through email communications.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and requests through email, providing accurate and timely information and resolving any issues that arise.
Build strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to customers, including assistance with booking travel arrangements, resolving issues with existing bookings, and answering questions about travel policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, account management, and technical support, to ensure seamless coordination of all activities related to the client accounts.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the travel industry, including airline and hotel booking systems, travel policies, and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and documented appropriately.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and customers.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly and effectively.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
Compensation:
Salary of 15,000 PHP per month
