A Telecommunication Account job involves providing customer support for telecommunication services such as internet, television, and phone services. Qualifications:
HS/SHS Graduates
Should have excellent communication skills
Prior experience working in a customer service or technical support role.
Should have a good understanding of telecommunication services, including internet, television, and phone services, as well as experience troubleshooting technical issues related to these services
