Position: Mandarin Speaking Corporate Lawyer
Location: Makati City
Schedule Dayshift, Weekends Off
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 150,000 monthly

Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin and English language
Bachelor’s degree in law
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Law board passer
Experience in jurisdiction or as lawyer is a plus

Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiation of various agreements and other duties as necessary.
Communicating with in-house counsel and other legal department stakeholders
Review contract requests in detail for completeness and accuracy.
Communicate via email and/or telephone with legal and business stakeholders to gather required information.
Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures
Preparing ad hoc reports per request from business clients
Updating metadata in contract repository per request from business clients
Responding to process questions
Responding to questions about corporate contracting policy and requirements
Responding to questions about the status of the contracts in the process
