Salary Range:
• Up to 27k (Depending on BPO SALES Experience)
Other Benefits:
• HMO

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
• Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
•Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Qualifications:
• Must be at least a high school graduate
• Minimum of 1 year BPO Sales experience
• With good communication and sales skills
• To be assigned in Ortigas
• Can work in shifting and night schedules
• To start ASAP!
