Responsibilities:
Field inbound leads and qualify prospects to determine their needs and fit for our software solution.
Engage in self-prospecting activities to identify and target new accounts, leveraging various channels and strategies.
Run a full cycle sales process from prospecting and initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
Understand customer pain points, business challenges, and objectives, and position our software solution as the ideal solution to address their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our software solution.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently delivering on revenue goals.
Continuously update and manage sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system (Salesforce) to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience selling a software solution into B2B companies.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and sales automation tools like Groove.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of initiative and drive.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales processes.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
