Position: Japanese HR Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: P 100,000 to P 120,000 highly negotiable (with 1 month salary bonus)
Work arrangement: work-from-home / Hybrid
Work Schedule: 5 days (Mondays to Fridays – 9AM to 6PM)

Requirements:
• Open for Filipino or Japanese nationals

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Japanese employees from another branch
• Answering and receiving calls from Japanese upper-level positions and internal employees
• Promotes and evaluates employees’ performances
• Discuss promotion, salary increases and benefits to the employees
• Updating employees’ database
