This is a Japanese owned company and top provider for construction services and providing materials/equipment not just in Japan but also across Asia including Philippines. They have been operating for more than 40 years in the market.

Position： Japanese CAD Manager
Industry：Construction
Location：Makati City, Cavite
Salary：Php 120,000（Depends on Skills and experience）
Schedule：Mon – Fri、8am-5pm
Day Off: Sat, Sun and Holiday (Follow Japanese Calendar)

Requirements:
・With knowledge in architecture (Job experience/ Related course in school)
・Can join training for 6 months to 1 year in Japan
・ English skills, TOEIC 600 above
・ Can work long term
・ Be sympathetic for company’s vision
・ Work/management experience with foreigners is advantage
・ Knowledge in CAD/ Japanese Architecture is advantage
・ No experience is needed

Responsibilities:
・CAD Drawings
・Business management of staff working at the local subsidiary in the Philippines ・Overall business management of the business (confirmation of orders, confirmation of delivery, liaison with sales office in Japan)
・Maintenance and management of the PC environment used by local staff (setup, troubleshooting, etc.)
・Other operations related to the above
