Company Profile:
The company is an International, fast paced, progressive and forward-thinking operation that is very active in the Asia and UK markets in the online entertainment industry.

Position: Japanese KYC Specialist
Industry: Online Entertainment Company
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000 gross (Negotiable)
Work Set-up: ONSITE

Requirements:
• Half Japanese-Half Filipino
• At Least studied High School in Japan
• Good English communication skills
• At least Diploma or University Degree in any course, Banking/ Business Administration is a plus but not required
• Knowledgeable of KYC (Know Your Customer) /AML (Anti-Money Laundering) concepts and best practices
• Must be willing to work in shift schedule


Responsibilities:
• Adheres to the set KYC Policy and Procedures when performing customer verification in order to comply with the licence requirements and to implement good business practices.
• Communicates with customers on document requirements and answer general KYC inquiries received by Customer Service Team from customers in order to increase customer satisfaction (CSAT), first contact resolution (FCR) and service level agreement (SLA).
