Your day-to-day in a nutshell
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Grad (old curriculum) SHS Grad (new curriculum)
Must have at least 6-12 months of BPO experience
College Graduate in related course may apply with or without experience
Excellent English communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Work onsite
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 6 months CCE OR Exp in Med/Health OR College Graduate of Med Related Course
Excellent communication skills
Ability to calm irate, anxious, or grieving customers.
