​Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
What are we looking for?

At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
With 1 year Customer Service Experience
(not limited to BPO | working directly with customers and providing high quality service e.g working at Starbucks, iStore
Excellent Communication skills
Willing to work on Site
