CSR - Travel Account w/GDS Experience is a MUST
Salary: during training up to PHP25000 / after the training up to PHP41000package
Location: Makati
Your day-to-day in a nutshell
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Ideal candidates for the role:
- Has at least 2 years of Native GDS experience (Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre or Worldspan ONLY )
- Candidates must be amenable to work in Makati
- Candidates must be amenable to work in shifting schedules
- Above-average communication skills in English are required
- Can start immediately
