Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance and business
Fluent Mandarin and English are required.
2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in AML/Screening Roles in a Financial Institution
Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and evaluate complex information from multiple sources.
In-depth knowledge of name screening techniques and performing desktop research using both publicly available and regulatory requirements related to sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
Problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude are must-haves.
