Responsibilities and qualifications
• Degree in BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
Has decent English communication abilities
• A call center experience focusing on Customer Care Specialist and Technical Support is advantageous.
• Answers inbound calls and serves policyholders, agents, third-party callers, and new clients.
• Experience in or exposure to a client facing role
• Provide post-purchase order support and order adjustments for requests.
• Remotely assist and set up Best Buy-purchased devices
