Customer Service Representative for Retail Campaign
Salary Range: PHP15000 - PHP20000/month
Location: Pasig City
Your day-to-day in a nutshell
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Requirements:
At least High School Graduates/SHS Graduates
With at least 3 -6 months of BPO handling Voice International accounts
Or Direct 3 months direct sales experience from industries
Work onsite /shifting schedules
