"A. BASIC JOB PURPOSE: Support the execution of all the Sleep BU product launches, events, brand activations, influencer marketing, sports marketing, public relations, broadcasts / webinars, and trade events.
B. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies & programs;
2. Frontline coordination with external partners such as agencies, influencers and other organizations;
3. Identify influencers who are aligned with the brand’s image, goals, etc.;
4. Update and maintain the company’s influencer database, analyzing campaign results regularly;
5. Assist in event planning and execution, according to the objectives, target audience and requirements;
6. Coordinate publicity efforts like events and creation of write-ups / official content;
7. Conduct post-event evaluation and reports with the IMC Head;
8. Directly support Trade Marketing and Sales Departments for their in-store / account concerns; and
9. Assist with other administrative tasks.
C. REQUIRED COMPETENCY: Marketing / activations / events experience; Multi-tasker; Good negotiation skills; Good in project management; Great collaborator; and Results-oriented.
D. QUALIFICATIONS: Marketing / activations / events experience of at least 2 years; College degree holder. "
Salary: 30,000-40,000
