Ticket Seller/Cargo Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate bus passenger tickets and cargo sales using BITSI’s online system
• Process customer tickets sales, customer cargo sales, accompanied and unaccompanied
• Service customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with customer service issues, rebooking, cancellations and other concerns
• Handle customer inquiries in person and via general phone information
• Assist customers with tickets purchases and ensures best possible service to passengers
• Interact with customers in a professional manner all the time
• Exhibit BITSI’s Core Values in handling customers
• Adhere to all Department Policies and Procedures per company handbook and standards
• Additional job duties may be assigned per department head delegation of work
• Ensures upkeep and timely sending of daily sales reports
• Proper use of green booklet for tickets series recording
Job Qualifications:
• All applicants must have college diploma
• Knows how to speak Bicol Language is a plus
• With minimum 1 year work experience in the customer service and sales industry
• Sales related work experience
• Willing to undergo training
• Willing to undergo shifting schedule and holiday work
• Average to excellent English Skills is a plus
• Must have a positive attitude and demeaner and is a team player
• Willing to work and be assigned to different branches of the company
• Willing to travel for work
• Applicants must be able to work 48 hours a week and overtime as necessary
• Must be able to honestly handle and deal large quantities of cash and other payment methods
such as credit cards, gcash, cash, maya payments etc...
• Must have an understanding of have the ability to operate computers and printers
