Job description
Key Responsibilities:

1. Motion Graphic Design: *Conceptualize, design, and produce captivating motion graphics for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media content, website elements, and video presentations. *Develop animated visuals that effectively communicate complex ideas, messages, and concepts through dynamic and engaging animations. *Create visually stunning transitions, effects, and animations to enhance user experiences and captivate target audiences.

2. Graphic Design:

• Collaborate with the design team to create static graphic materials, such as banners, posters, infographics, and illustrations, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
• Design and layout print and digital collateral, adhering to design guidelines and maintaining a cohesive and polished aesthetic.

3. Conceptualization and Ideation:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for motion graphics and visual content.
• Transform ideas into design solutions that effectively convey brand messages and meet project objectives.

4. Storyboarding and Visualization: *Develop storyboards and visual mockups to outline the flow and sequence of motion graphics, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

• Present visual concepts and ideas to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and refining designs as needed.

5. Technical Proficiency:

• Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) to create high-quality motion graphics and design assets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in graphic design and motion graphics, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and development, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation skills.
· Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
· Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
· Strong creative thinking, conceptualization, and ideation abilities.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both creative and non-creative teams.
· Attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a passion for staying updated with design trends and emerging technologies.

Salary: Php40,000.00 – Php70,000.00 per month
