The Life Safety and security Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to complete mitigations following the Company Policy on Life Safety and security for Real Estate.
Provide support to maintain the safety and security standards in offices and new acquisitions.
Assist in the development of safety and security processes and procedures.
Assist Lead in monitoring and responding to queries from employees, the business and service providers on S&S matters.
Assists with maintaining the integrity of crisis management tools and documentation to adhere to global requirements and keep our people and facilities safe.
Assists in maintaining LS&S Information Security assets and supporting audit activities.
Assists with the management of purchase orders and liaises with vendors and the Workplace Finance GES team.
Works with the local Operation teams to assist with maintaining compliance with client requirements and regulations.
Preparing and participating in training sessions with employees, service providers and vendors.
Build life safety assessments for leases and Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A), addressing workplace risks and hazards.
Support safety programs, including the floor warden and first aid officer program.
Manage third-party co-location and key cabinet requests.
Coordinate security audits, ensure protocol compliance, and provide operational and administrative support.
Incident management, including query resolution, escalation, process maintenance, and accurate record-keeping.
Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years’ experience in Project Management (any projects)
Stakeholder Management (can manage MD Levels)
Customer Service – soft skill
