Required Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field or any vocational/engineering course
At least 3 to 5 years in a service center environment
Knowledge in servicing cordless power tools and inverter welding machine
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Well versed in using measuring tools and test equipment
Accurate diagnosis and defect identification
High level of repair quality and workmanship
Capable of performing preventive repair and maintenance
Preparation of assessment and technical reports
Able to travel to support provincial Service Centers
