Job Summary
Monitor all warehouse transaction may it be inbound or outbound
Ensure that cleanliness and organization of stocks are well maintained
Ensure that all standard procedures are being followed
Monitor number of items prepared by preparer
Ensure that the central warehouse have all SKUs
Effectively transfer all items from satellite warehouses
Plan ahead for the storage of incoming shipments
Report damage, lacking, excess items from shipments to principal
Manage warehouse staff, equipment, oversee security, sanitation and administrative function
Ensure heightened inventory controls
Able to support other departments as needed
Atleast once a week visit all satellite warehouse
Must be knowledgeable from end to end system process
Handle supervisors of warehouse and satellite warehouse
Ensures that all orders with stocks are served
Coordinate with supply chain manager regarding the irregular movement of items
Assist operation manager with all the warehouse division procedures
