Inbound/ Outbound Sales Agent
Salary Range: PHP22000 - PHP28000 Basic + PHP2800 Allowance + PHP2000 Language Premium

Signing Bonus: PHP60,000
Site: Cubao, Quezon City

Responsibilities:
Providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

Requirements:
CSRs with at least 1 year hardcore selling or upselling sales background
Excellent communication skills
Employment Type: Regular Hire
Graduate and Undergraduate (SHS or HS graduates are considered for this role)
