Duties/Responsibilities:
You will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. As part of these, you will work on -
Sharing knowledge and expertise to solve clients’ business problems through ITIL-based Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Models Utilizing ITIL v3 and ITIL4 concepts to review ITSM processes, ITSM tool implementations, and creating target IT processes Identifying, assessing, solving complex business problems: Identify area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Implementing programs/interventions: Preparing the organization for implementation of new business processes

- MBA from a tier 1 institute
- 8+ years Prior experience across the following areas-
- Prior experience in IT Service Management, ITIL process design, IT Operating Model, across all stages of the innovation spectrum, with a remit to build the future in real-time.
- Assessment: Worked as part of multi-disciplinary teams and collaborated with IT Service management, process leads and other team members to evaluate new IT potential with a focus on process improvement, IT Capability, IT and Business capability improvements.
- Design: Should have worked in defining target state ITSM best practices, capabilities, and IT process flows, KPIs, Governance, and IT standards & policies etc.
- Align IT Operating model initiatives and IT investments to meet enterprise objectives.
- Experience in leading consulting engagements with large clients preferable
- Practical industry expertise across Financial Services, Retail, Consumer goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive / Industrial, Mining and Resources is of interest but experience in equivalent domains is also welcomed.
- Certifications: ITIL4 Foundation/ Managing Professional/ Strategic Leader preferred
