Responsibilities:
Develop business requirements to prepare project requirement documents used for project initiation, planning and execution in an organization.
Create "use-cases" and "user-stories" that will help product developers and stakeholders understand how a business process is supposed to be carried out.
Work on every stage of the software development life cycle to prepare required documents needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders across all contexts (external customers, internal customers, project sponsors, those impacted by a process, etc) to understand their need and then come up with solutions.
Will be responsible for the business analysis or understanding the need of a project and translates them into requirements that can be used by project managers to determine the project scope.
Understand the business domain as well as the goals and objectives of the project. They will work with stakeholders to define the requirements that will make up the project.
Create documentation after gathering business and project requirements have been gathered.
Focus on business problems, requirements gathering, requirements documentation, requirements traceability and process engineering.
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
Perform other tasks or duties that are deemed fit by the Division Head from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or any relevant courses.
At least 3-4 years relevant experience as an IT business analyst.
Preferably with relevant certifications
Amenable to work in Makati
